Caroline was referred to us when a fellow portrait photographer sent her in our direction. Since December 2023 we’ve been working with Caroline and her new portrait studio, WhitePortrait, creating her website, generating leads and providing business coaching and mentorship.
WhitePortrait was a new studio opening in December without leads, without a website, and with low funds.
Whilst Caroline now specialises in Empowerment and Boudoir, the studio originally started with Family Portraiture and continues to provide these services.
At the start, leads were coming through from our lead generation services but we weren’t seeing the booking rates we’d like to see. From speaking with Caroline we determined the issue may have been confidence and after a few phone calls with Wayne, Caroline was feeling motivated to put ideas to the test.
Just as Caroline was ready to move forward with her newly found confidence a series of unfortunate events meant funds became exceptionally tight. Despite having a few photoshoots booked in the coming days, Caroline felt she had no option but to make an appointment with the Job Centre. As business owners we can only imagine how deflating this must have felt.
Little did Caroline know, that with in 24 hours after her appointment everything was about to change…
The following day was nothing but incredible. Rob caught up with a very bubbly Caroline who had just taken over £10,000 in sales!
It was a pleasure to hear Caroline speak so confidently about making bookings over the phone but also making in-person sales.
Caroline is the kind of case study we love to see. We love getting leads for our clients but we love our job even more when we know it’s changing a life.
